Grupsa has expanded its library of families modeled with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology for Technical Doors Kompak System, manufactured in antibacterial HPL high pressure laminate finish. A catalog of variables and registers available so that architects and designers can choose the most suitable solution for their project, in doors with a single leaf, double leaf and unequal leaves, in hinged and sliding models.
The planning and design of new hospitals or the application of regulatory reforms for the adaptation of existing centers, is carried out in a centralized way between the different points of the chain, through BIM technology. The BIM development and implementation team works collaboratively with architecture studios and hospital project managers to provide optimal solutions for each hospital infrastructure, reducing execution times, avoiding unnecessary costs in future remodeling and facilitating the development of effective preventive maintenance.
The Kompak System series of Technical Doors has been designed to provide architectural solutions for consulting rooms, radiology and radiodiagnosis rooms, hospitalization areas and inpatient rooms. With two models of 3 mm and 10.8 mm thicknesses in HPL that give the doors a high durability and resistance to impact according to standard UNE EN 41955-2 category 4. Another of its advantages is resistance to humidity, friction, scratched, and most importantly, it has antibacterial properties according to JIS Z 2801 and allows easy cleaning and maintenance of surfaces.
Grupsa thus continues its commitment to innovation, according to its Digitalization Strategy 20.24 project, providing in its door models the data necessary for better data management during the life cycle of the building, using dynamic 3D modeling software for administration in real time of the construction of the facility. The new BIM models are now available for download by architects and registered clients on Grupsa’s GS-Online Download Platform.
